Taste of Motivation

“Taste Of Motivation”

Individually you are the trend but, together we are the birth affect

Let your imperfections help find your true colors as we unite and prevent wars that seem to cause poverty and debts

So reveal yourself I say and most importantly know where you stand but don’t be fake

Be conscious, fearless and survive that’s what I was told, even till today but I responded with an observation, a release of the true emotions that I shouldn’t be afraid to express, and I took action to demonstrate the change from a negative perspective to an interaction of positiveness

An example that’s what I prepared myself to be so I took advantage of the opportunity didn’t last a few steps but realizing my mistakes I had full confidence so I lifted my chin up, stood with pride, and held my fist up high, fighting all my struggles, hustling all levels, yelling from the top of my lungs JUSTICE! IN LAK’ECH!

Is what I can scream all day in the land of confusion

Study, write, and let your words be your weapon so I stand above the voiceless with encouragement and support which they will soon taste motivation, as I watch them analyze the true sensation, of overcoming the inequitable vision that pressures us to limit our decisions and live as an acquisition, to be specific a puppet, a number, an entertainment is what we are on the land of the free so what’s the solution?

Amandla! Awethu! Freedom doesn’t speak for itself ladies and gentlemen but a decrease on the penitentiaries being constantly built, don’t expect it

Stereotypical assumptions we try to comfort making jokes out of them provoking it with no end while you’re still trying to comprehend the definition of oppression

Let your guard down and you will be put down

Put your heart out and you will see the reality you keep being lied about

Opportunities will be non-stop but self-defeat will be at its top, for you and I can live the dream that Rodney King couldn’t believe

But individually, you are the trend and together, we are the generation!

I can only be an example of what I prepared myself to become so a leader I shall be because these inequitable and confused systems that we live upon won't fix themselves. I speak for the voiceless, others and I take responsibility for my actions so I'll let my actions speak loud while you listen to the words that sink in.
