Tattered and Broken

My body has been burned

Scorched and used

From the times my feathers were ripped from my body

In a pillow fight I will never win.

My bones are fragile

My soul is slipping away.

My spirit crushed.

How can anyone love a battered girl.

We all go through traumas, writing was a way to cope.
