Tea Time

The stress rises,

The tea slowly starts to over flow,

The more tea is poured the bigger the puddle underneath,

The bigger the mess,

The harder to clean up.

But if you close your eyes and breathe,

Things become a little clearer.

The tea stops flowing,

The stress falls and crumbles,

The mess dissipates and the puddle evaporates.

Now all there’s left is the calm feeling

That comes with drinking a nice cup of tea.
