(poems Teacher A student is full of questions A teacher is full of answers, It takes the two to tango So the relationship is that of dancers For if there were no teacher How would the student learn? With the lack of knowledge Little pay is there to earn In the same way To whom would the teacher teach, If there were no students An audience to hear him preach? Jesus needed disciples Disciples needed Jesus; The lamb need their shepherd Or else they'd wander without a reason Like lamb to a shepherd, We look to him for guidance; His knowledge leads us to victory, The most powerful alliance When teacher and student come together, Forms an unbeatable team; For he is the key to any door, That conceals a hidden dream Look to the President, Who taught him to speak? Taught him to give his voice power, Power to give hope to the weak? Or look to the doctor, As he works with steady hands; Who taught him, To remove and replace blood covered strands What is a teacher? He's not someone hard to please, Just pass his class with A's, Maybe a few B's He always means well, He wants to lead you to success; So if you find the chance, Leave a shiny apple on his desk.
