Team-based management

It will be better in days to come,

you will see that for yourself.

Empower people to do what they want,

and place them on a shelf.

We’ll make a team and judge each other,

and this will make us all be well.

All character will change for the better.

It is already starting, can’t you tell?

Away with ambition and with greed

No more, as a habit, the cutting of throats.

We are forever progressing so follow us

All be delivered not ever missing the boat.

Back-stabbing is dead, we are a team

Together we will surely win or lose.

If we lose, we know, we all get creamed

to show us off as totally incomplete.

A group of winners just barely ample,

but someday will pick up some steam.

There is no stopping this organized group.
