Tear Down the Wall

Location

Tear down the wall

Sturdy and tall

Set firm with mortars that kept us in thrall

Blood dirt and steel

Flaming hot feel

Thrill to kill giants and jam up the wheel

Work of old hands

Sign of our age

Now constitutes evil, brings about rage

Muscle strung bone

strikes against stone

It’s alright to fall; it wasn’t our own.
