Tears

Tears

The flow of glistening pearls dances down your face
Accompanied by a glamorous smile
Everybody entranced in your entertainment
Overwhelming exposure to the emotions of others
Each tear rewarded with a cheer,

Tears turned black.
The sea of grief boils and erupts bursting pent up warm rock
Spewing every sinew of displeasure onto everyone around you
Depressing every room you enter
The comforting passion. Not enough.
The tears drain slowly down your face
Clogging up your throat. Your future. Your life.
Anguish torments your thoughts.
Reminded constantly of that phone call at every waking day
The call that fragmented your paradise.

Let the warm clear air evaporate the sadness that taints your life.
Remember the unique commemorative thoughts that distinguish your idol
Entrance yourself in the tears of before and not the tears of now.
