Tears

Love
It is diverse, and appears in various forms
Whether it be the love
a mother shows her newborn child,
or the love of two parents checking their daughter
into rehab.

Love is strong, and bends the ways people think.
It helps heal, but it can also break.
To see someone you love suffer, oh it hurts so.
It craddles your desperate mind, making you think of what you could have done.
In each tear that falls, splashes bits of memories across the world.
Even as I lose those tears, I will never lose my love for you.
