Tears

She laid there crying More and more trying To remember the Last conversation That went on. The tear flew Down hitting The paper in A rhythm like Rain drops Drop Drop Drop Down they came Faster and faster It was a warm rainy May day the very day she expected him to come home but instead he never would. He was gone Forever. Out of this Hateful world Lucky him She thought To herself At least he Could be happy, But what About me? What would Happen to me? Tears danced Down her Swollen red Face, She got up And there On the Brown oak table The one he Had made Was a note On a piece Of light pink paper Where did That come from? She grabbed The note, It was From him How could that be possible? It went on listing How much he Loved her Cared for her Missed her Ending With the sweet lines I will see you Soon, and I Will always Be watching Over you. And the tears Came again Drip, drop Tip, tap Drop, drop
