Tears

When I'm all alone, with no one around, they fall like rain as they hit the ground. I can't control them, I don't know why, but to you it's as simple as the word "cry." To me it's much more than you'll ever know, just like the memories I never let go. I beg and plead for someone to know the pain and agony of feeling so low. I'm so far from lost, I cant be saved. Sometimes I doubt even God knows my name. They make it better, they help me forget. With every tear shed, in my shame I'll sit.
