tears of the gods

The sky is crying,
feel the soak of her tears.
Watch me dance beneath her flowing waves.
Sacred trees surround me,
as the greedy steal their golden pears.

selfishness is real,
and zeus is angry,
Thunder starts to roll and the sky is blazen.
Mother earth can feel the anguish,
we’re forced to hide in the dark and scary.

The angels sob,
their tears flood.
Through the gates of heaven to the lands below.
the oceans swollen start to burst,
gushing like fresh pumped blood.

Where are the hopes? All flooded with loss.
where are the dreams? All broken by force.
Where are the people? All buried at sea.
where are the saved? All drown by sins.

The gods are crying,
Cleansing the sky.
the earth is dying,
but we all know why.
What a beautiful melody,
the silence so still.

How great the feeling,
the tears of the gods.
