The Tears I don't know how to cry

So many tears

I have shed

Throughout my life

But there are

Many that I didn't

Know how to

Those ones I held in

All came out at once

In the form of a panic attack

Or over something small

That I felt like someone

Had just opened up

A faucet to full flow.

I wish I could understand

The tears I don't know

How to cry
