Technology has rendered me alone.
Amidst the chaos of a stressful time,
I find myself attached to what I find
to be what helps me feel the most at home.

I've found it offers false security
to those who think they need to stay plugged in.
But this desire effects in us a sin:
We cease to live in our reality

This vice detaches us from all that's dear,
from all our friends and family, more and more
a recluse we become, and they abhor.
but yet, it can be stopped; the answer's clear:

We separate from such technology,
a happier life, without a doubt, we'll lead
