(poems go here)
We’ve got our load music blaring.
The knees in our jeans are tearing.
Causing scenes just to get people staring.
Walking around like we own this town,
Making adults grimace and frown.

We’ve got no manners, no respect.
We’re the cause, forget the effect.
Don’t ask us to vote – we don’t know who to elect.
All about rebellion and violence,
You can’t change our loud, trashy mouths to silence.

Wild parties till late in the night-
All we do is argue and fight.
We’re such a scary sight.
Intimidating grown ups
With our crazy handshakes and ‘wassups’.

But this is only how we appear-
There’s much more to us than drugs and beer.
We’re really nothing for adults to fear,
And sooner or later we hope you’ll see
We’re just trying to live young, wild, and free.
