"Telephone" by lindsey allen
telephone we've all played it,
sit in a circle think of a line,
pass it along but dont lie,
for someone can change it,
which they will deny,
that the line in the end is a lie.
this game played as kids is a good lesson in life,
that anyone can end up with the wrog infro in life,
and one simple change can be made,
and a unknown person is to blame,
because of that one person someone elses reputation is made,
with false info and looks of shame.
Words can be decieving at the worst of times especially in a bad part of a persons life,
than the lie grows into something more,
to the point were you dont look at yourself the same anymore,
you avoid people and reflecting mirrors,
becaus eyou dont see yourself anymore all you see is the tears,
and youve been pushed to the edge,
you can't breath anymore as you lay bleeding on the floor,
your mom walks in and sees your arms,
cut out is the phrase,
words can leave scars.
