Tell Me - A Palindrome Poem

I should be sad. Do not tell me I should be happy. Happiness is unattainable. Never tell me “You are worth it.” All anyone should hear is Crying and silence. No one should hear Laughter and mirth. This is all it should be: Pain Not Joy. (Maybe if you read the lines bottom to top, it might be brighter?)
