Temporary Release

So many words you want to say,

so many feelings to express,

only to swallow them and keep them at bay.

Finally, when you've had enough,

when your feelings are bottled up too tight,

when holding them back is too tough.

Tears form words on paper,

frustrations pour out in ink,

at last the pain is tapered.

For now.
