Ten. One. Zero.

It’s been a month, and no change yet, I look in the mirror, I’m still upset. Even though the scale won’t lie, I feel so fat, it makes me cry. Ten. One. Zero. Pounds lost. Months. Size. I’m happy when I do not eat, And if I do, I feel defeat. It’s safe to say, my life’s consumed, And frequently, I feel I’m doomed. Ten. One. Zero. Pounds lost. Months. Size. I assure myself, that I’m ok, That I could stop this, any day. I find myself, telling you the same, Yet I can’t escape, this dangerous game. Ten. One. Zero. Pounds lost. Months. Size. I don’t need help, you hear me say, Not from you, anyway. But if that’s true, then why am I Less ten pounds, In one month, A size zero. A big problem. Ten. One. Zero.
