I am the winter day.
The come home from school and run outside to play.
I am the eyes that saw the pain
Daddy yelling at mommy practically going insane.
I am the late night tears
From all the screaming & fighting that i had to hear.
I am the broken mirror
At age 9 i tried wearing  make up just to feel prettier.
I am the big heart and helping hands
That never seemed to have one real friend.
I am the mental breakdown
But no matter what i was going through the world never seen me frown.
I am the scale
I skipped out on meals because i felt like a whale.
I am the one who stayed strong
Despite everything in my life i continued moving on.
