A Tender Night's Dream

Me, the women with a pale face, Long Loose Linen dress,

Around the neck Locket, and hair tossed back, is tormented.

Drink, Sleep, Dream

In this order there is much disorder.

The nightmares of Soho street are at bay

Unfortunately the elixir at bedside welcomes them back!

At the dead of night when the clock strikes 2, they come for me

The incubus and horse.

THUMP, THUMP, THUMP, TROT, TROT, TROT

Suffocated by a demon while intoxicated with the concept of mare-riding

Asleep, I suffer greatly in the midst of my own despair.
