Tennesse

The sun rises in Tennessee Over the mountains and through the trees As it sings over all the earth Bringing in the new day’s birth The sun burns and warms my soul And it makes me not think about the toll Of what the future will bring The hardships, the battles, the sting I look to the sun and all its glory And pow! I know my story Of who I am and who I am may be I know in my heart, that I am me.
