Testing

I
have numbers
stamped on my
forehead so no one
has to spend time on
tedious talks about what I know
or how my learning can be improved.
I have been sorted like a common animal.
into a regieme of quizzes and tests
to measure what I might know
so the school gets funding
to keep not teaching
what the numbers
yearn to
learn.
