Thanatos - the God of Death

Oh, sweet death, take me into your loving embrace.

Save me from this life of misery and suffering.

Let the shadows fill my soul with darkness.

As I weep in solitude from the endless pain.

Oh, sweet death, I beg you 

Send Thanatos for me.

Carry me off to the underworld and

Let my soul rest in eternal damnation.

Oh, sweet death, send for the angels of death.

Call forth all devils and demons as I cry for help.

Let the screams of hell surround my body as,

The flames of death appear on my doorstep. 

Oh, sweet death, please hear my prayers. 

Grant me release and end my eternal demise.

Hear my callings and know they are not real, 

For I am sick and therefore unable to feel anything else. 

Oh, sweet death, please let me stay

I wish to stay and enjoy the life I’ve been given.
