Thank You

You dressed me in embarrassing clothes and listened to me cry,

Fed me till I was happy and kept me clean and dry.

You taught me all I know,

you raised me and watched me grow.

Now I’m off to some university,

and I’m indebted to you for an eternity.

You gave me that little shove,

and I’m grateful for all your love.
