Thank You
I've watched you carry the weight of the world on your back,
Never faltering or letting a hair fall out of place,
Always reaching to help those around you.
I've watched you struggling to not appear to be struggling,
Never wanting to show us the sacrifices you've made,
Always giving to us what you didn't have yourself.
I've watched you care for people you've never met,
Never stopping to think about yourself,
Always wanting to help everyone within arms reach.
I've watched you work harder than I ever realized,
Never minding when I was ungrateful or mean,
Always loving me wholeheartedly.
I've watched you do all these amazing things,
Never stopping to realize how much I look up to you,
Always forgetting to say
Thank You
