Thank You America

They call it the land of liberty,

The land of the free,

The land of dreams.

Thats all a lie,

The country we live in,

Has a facade of perfection.

We bomb others,

Just to have a laugh.

We make friends,

Just to create an alliance.

What happened to decency?

We can't create peace without violence,

We have an army,

A navy,

Not to maintain peace,

But to create havoc.

How is this the land of free,

The land of dreams,

The land of liberty,

When we don't even have enough money,

To pursue those dreams.

So lets thank our government,

For stealing our money,

From underneath our noses.

So thank you America,

For creating government,

That allows us to be free,

To have dreams.

Thank you America.
