Thank you Mama

Oh the roads we have been down and the hills we climbed. You held everyone together when I thought we would all fall apart. Without you I would not know how to keep on going or how to stay strong when times get tough. Even though we may not have had much at the time, you being there was all we needed. A strong, loving mother to be the light at the end of the tunnel. All I know is that you influenced me to be the good person I am today and that I can do anything that I put my mind to. You showed me that hard work pays off and that time and patients goes a long way. With the lessons you taught you showed me how to balance the light and darkness withing the world we live in. You inspire me to help people and that made want to become a neurosurgeon. I am going to make you proud and show everyone that the work you put in to raise me did not go to waste. All I want to say is "Thank you mama".. for everything.
