Thank You Mom & Dad

Many stories I've heard of their daily struggle
Longing for a better life for us
Being gawk at for being different
Giving up their dreams for our dreams to be a reality
Witnessing them grow to a tree when they could barely afford soil
Wanting to give back for all they’ve done
But nothing could ever amount to their love
Just trying to make them proud
And certify all their hard work was worth it
