Thankful

We are never truly thankful for what we have/

We alway have a way to turn it around/

We never seem to see what life gives to us/

It’s like we’re on a seesaw that never goes up/

We never seem to see the light that shines everyday in our lives/

We never seem to stop and ask why/

We never seem to seem to see what life gives to us/

It’s like we’re on a roller coaster that never goes up/

Why can’t we be grateful for what we have/

Don’t complain because we are lucky/

Life is a mix of both good and bad/

So be grateful for what you have
