That's it

People see words on a page

On any day through the haze

Of cities containing more than just the common working class

Caged in buildings like cluttered mass

It's more to me than just scrabble

More than something I'd dabble

In...

Take part in something that makes sure you win.

They only want you to live well

But do they understand that living in their world seems like hell.

In this world full of people unsure of themselves

Looking for a way to find great wealth.

But what if I just want to write?

Why's it gotta be society I have to fight?

I.

It's just me

Trying to figure out what I want to be,

And that's

Poetry.
