That's Just Me
I suck at writing poetry
I suck at making tea
I suck at doing Calculus
And I have two left feet
I suck at making small talk
Public speaking is a dread
I suck at calming babies
And I can’t make my bed
I’m no good at doing laundry
My clothes turn out so strange
But still there are good things in me that I would never change
I’m good at watching movies
My fingers weirdly bend
I’m good at writing stories
And I’m a lifelong friend
I’m great at learning languages
Life’s taught me to adapt
And if you want to hear it, I know I’ll make you laugh
I can remember faces
A name I won’t forget
And when it comes down to it, school I mostly get
I have big dreams inside for who I want to be
I’ll try my best in everything
No challenge will break me
I want to go to college
Learn everything I can
But first I need a little push
Perhaps a helping hand
I’ll make my mom and dad real proud
I’ll be a college grad
I’ll raise my cup
I’ll say three cheers
And my tea will still be bad
