That's what Love is

It's crazy what i did for love

You put me in a box that kept getting smaller.

and smaller.

and smaller.

Instead of breaking out, I curled up and made myself smaller.

and smaller.

and smaller.

But thats what true love is, right?

When I had nothing left to give I carved out my soul and handed it to you

because you were my god

But that's what true love is, right?

It's crazy what i do for real love

I give, and I give, and I give.

But now I recieve.

Now I am cherished.

Now I am loved.

He holds me up when I am too weak to stand.

He kisses my forehead so I know it's "see you soon", not "goodbye."

He is with me, not against me.

Because that is what real love is.
