The Beautiful Wrong

I think I love you, though I cannot say. Will this strange passion ever fade away? Or does it grow with every flaw I see? You are a wild, enchanting mystery. You sting, you bite, you cross the line, Yet all your chaos intertwines with mine. You hurt the world, you play a wicked part, But I see through to your unapologetic heart. I know your darkness, understand your space, And find a strange comfort in your embrace. We play a reckless game that has no name, A shared absurdity, a twisted flame. You strip away my serious, heavy mind, Leaving the cares of the world behind. Sometimes I ache to ask for something more, But fear the wreckage on a broken shore. So let us keep this wild, unspoken bond, Of everything we feel, and all beyond. I love the beautiful mess of what we are. I love having you around.
