The Last Game

The game was not to cry, Our final day together, Our last fist bump greeting, And our last jokes as one. It was hard to play the game, Looking around us, They were the same people, Going down different paths. The last time for a winner, Some turned around to hide their faces, Some blinked furiously, Never wanting to say goodbye. Our concluding game, And there was no winner, Laughter and tears all merged into one, Marking our end.
