Themes


It's this theme.

This one. 

I used to think the theme of my life was one that lacked hope.

That lacked smiles and stupid silly faces and laughter.

But that's not the theme of my story.

no. 

The theme of my story sounds distinctly like you.

Smiles like sunshine.

And laughs like summertime thunderstorms. 

This theme of my life changes from the gray of storm clouds

to the blue of quiet lakes

and then a green that's damn near like spring. 

This theme is a flash flood of love

the gentle showers of devotion

the tornado of hope

and the swaying breezes of good fortune.

This theme to my story is still being discovered. It's unfinished.

....It's perfect.
