Then I Move On

Shades of my DNA make up that makes me the intelligence that I am and my few shades of grey the perfection that I am not The weak that I am when it is intelligence dictated as who I am in this world The pretentious that I am when It is couple of religion I try I keep despite life and it's calls Like a wintry blizzard day in November life that still happened with a vengeance like a final curtain call I cry a few tears for myself then I think of him who created us all In this moment of truth this conversation that I have with him to make sense of it when nothing in this world no longer makes sense at all I then realize he exists and wipe away my tears as they fall He loves me and I make my peace with it and that he cares for me I try to leave my baggage behind Leaving behind the burden of that wintry blizzard day I then proudly move on Once again I think of him and proudly move on
