The Theory of Awesome

The world we live in

Has its ups and downs

Its minor hiccups and major frowns.

But inevitably we find something great

Something to sink our teeth into

Something to celebrate.

There are adventures to be had

Promises to make and break

Things that make us glad.

The music the world creates is there to fill

Hearts with joy

Veins with thrill.

Art is there, for the artisan inside

The creator and builder

That, sometimes, wants to hide.

So much good is on the planet

So much opportunity

Amazing things will happen, no need to plan it.

But explore, live, love and enjoy

The great, awesome things this world has to offer

A lifetime can seem forever, but don't be coy.

Be yourself, accept the greatness you are

The addition you make to the world

The ingenuity, you shining star.

Haven't you heard?

Everything is awesome. Everything includes you.

Tell your friends, family, and the birds.
