The Theory of Gentrification
I love the “trickle-down” economic theory so much that I think we should apply it to the wildfire crises in California.
Let’s dump all of the water that would have been dumped on the fires into the ocean, which has plenty already, to stimulate cloud production therefore causing more rainfall to extinguish the fires.
It will work; just trust me.
