the theory of happiness.
We found so much value in our visible ideas that we became slaves of them, worked for them, cried for them, wasted our live on them, yet we continued to create them.
why can’t we be like a gazelle running through a praire ?
or a giraffe reaching its strong neck up through the tall branches hitting the skies with confidence, and depending only on the leaves that give it life?
we seem to have developed so far from our primal ancestors, something we value above all else, the ability to think complexly, see so far into life, and create. we pride ourselves so much we forget, we are one of them. the graceful creatures of the past who used their survival instincts to survive and not to prove themselves worth the thumbs placed on their hands, and the brains placed in their heads. we think that happiness comes from reaching the ultimate achievements, we already think we have become super-survival, a super-organism, with skills incomparable, but to be superhuman? we think that is happiness, for all to see you as a god. We say that our gift of always wanting the next thing, always wanting more, our human nature, is what allows us to live, but it is a gift wrapped in poison. You say you’re mind is the ultimatum? Then use your power, logic i believe it is called, if a human is always wanting the next thing always need to climb to a higher level, but happiness is to to have reached the final level, how can we ever be complete? I thing what so many people miss is true peace in the beauty of the animals we see as below us. In fact i believe we are below them. They have the power of simplicity and accepting things as they are. they have no worries other than true survival. and even so, they still wake up in the morning and grace us with their songs. That is the power i wish for. The power to accept and move on, to see that i am not capable of everything i want. I wish to be a bird, accepting that one day i might be eaten by a powerful feline, but i will make the most of the time i have and give my kin a home of comfort, and bless the world with my call. I wish i were an insect, able to accept my days our limited, and simply do my duty. i do not have time to comprehend the complexity of our world. To me the light of the stars in more beautiful, than knowing the composition. I do not have time to worry of such things.
