In the end I will be perfect but I ain't get there yet

You may say no but when it comes to my God I know it's already set

But for now I'm still progressing

When I write it is refreshing

I write in time of sadness, happiness, and anger.

I write no matter what season of my soul

But when I write it has a reason or a role

As I said before, I ain't perfect

so when I write I write to release

I write to release pain, sadness, unforgiveness, and more

When I write I write to express love and joy

When I write it is an act of worship

When I write chains are broken

While writing I am free

While writing I am me
