Therapy

Poetry is my therapy It's what really helps me My feelings are what I see Written On the paper so elegantly I started to structures my thoughts surpressing the negative habits I couldn't control Stopping the mental brawl Enlightening my soft soul It's better out then in With all the baggage I bring Trying to be more forgiving Trying to concise these memory's I'm reliving I don't expect you understand I don't expect you to lend me a hand I expected myself to be damned But now Myself to improve is what I have planned
