Is there a God?
Is there a God?
Someone tell me where!
Is he in the shadows in my time of despair?
When I am in pain and there is no aid,
Is his love still there, or did it fade?
If he loves me why do I suffer?
Do I physically have to be the buffer?
Life is to be enjoyed, not endured,
The wretchedness I feel it is absured!
Is there a God, someone tell me where.
I feel as though my life is frail,
the choices I make will lead me to hell.
Is there a God, where?
There is a God, He is with you,
At times of despair, he is the light
in the dark tunnel and makes it bright.
He is the bandage to your pain,
Learn his love, that's what you'll gain.
His love never will sway,
Your suffering is not his to blame,
you decide whether it is a shame.
God knows you and will help even if lame.
Life is enjoyable when God is on your side,
Instead of being alone, he is there when you cry.
The wretchedness you feel will go away,
if you are willing to be with God and never go astray.
Is there a God, Someone tell me where?
He is with you forever and ever and will never go away.
