There Is No Time

There is no time,
No time for us.
It's always school,
work, or something else.
No one see's how important
life actually is. How we
should all slow down,
take a breath.
There is no time.
Death and birth occurring
simultaneously. Grief and joy.
Which do you see? I
can't see.
There is no time.
I am always too busy,
Caught up with other things.
No time for feelings,
or a life. Have to
stay focused.
Have to enjoy life.
There's too much time,
you must make something of it.
They don't understand.
Making something of my time
causes me to feel as though
there is no time.
Running and numb,
Thoughts and body.
Where has the time gone,
and who did we forget
to grieve, to call, to love?
There is no time.
No time for it all.
