There She Was

There she was Laying on her bed Hair messed up Makeup smeared Beaten No will to live No strength to go on No recognition of what self love was There she was A ghost of the past Lesson learned Hope restored So here I am I won the battle of self I am beautiful I am independent I love myself I am flawless I am love
