There's a Flower in Everyone
The gardener cares for the seed
watches the seed, making sure it would grow as big and beautiful as it can.
Yet the gardener can't do all the work,
the flower has to go through things alone.
The gardener will not always be there and the flower understands that.
The flower has to learn how to push those rocks beneath the soil out of its way
so that it's roots and stretch out far.
The flower must not always rely on the gardener to feed it, water it,
makes sure it receives the sunlight that's needed.
The flower must have it in its mind to grow as beautiful and gracefully as the gardener planned
from the beginning
Even though it takes time, and patience is the key
The flower may start to lean and the leaves may begin to fall
and that's when the gardener will step in and remind it
that's its strong, beautiful and brave.
And the flower will stand tall and express its beauty to the world
leaving the gardener proud.
