There's No Difference

Location

Hated on
And beat upon
Because the way they live
Is "wrong"

Who are you to take the role
Go and take another's soul
All because his sexual preference
Does that really make a difference?

So you take away a life
Because he didn't want a wife
His mother crying every night
And you think that this is right?

Put yourself in their position
Bet you'd want the outcome different
Let you find out how they're livin
See the pride in which they're driven

They're not manly enough
They have no power, soft as silk
Take a look back in history
Read a book on Harvey Milk

They are people just like us
Our hearts beat in different ways
They deserve to be accepted
We all fight to live everyday
