There's No Easy Way Out

HELP

OH GOD

SOMEONE
PLEASE
HELP
IT HURTS
I HURT SO BAD

IT’S CRUSHING ME
SOMEONE

PLEASE

plEASE

Please…

They won’t help you

They wouldn’t help you

Not even if they could hear you

Your cries too quiet

But the thoughts won’t stay silent

They’re too loud

Please quiet down

Can’t get any help

I can’t scream any louder

Maybe if I use the powders

Yes

The powders will help

Now the thoughts quiet down

Say goodbye to the frown

You can use the powder to drown them out

Suffocate

Suffocate in all the powders and pills

Hills and hills of powders and pills

But these thoughts

They still…

HELP

ME

OUT

DROWN
THEM
NOW

I can’t deal

These thoughts

They still…

The powders and pills made them worse

But now I can’t deal without them

I feel cursed

Without them there’s more void to fill

Than ever before

More

More

They stop filling the void

A constant need to fill the void

No more powders and pills to help me feel

No more powders and pills

To help numb how it feels

Never trust

The powders and pills

Now these thoughts

Oh God

They still...
