There's No Going Back
There was a time
When I was only nine
That my mother would promote growth
By making me get involved through oath
And sometimes I denied
A few times I sighed
And I would say "Ok"
Then as the years passed
I would realize it was for my good
Because for now,
there is no going back
To having the same opportunity to learn and grow.
