But there's no place for that here.
But there's no place for that here.
He looks down.
His sword’s in his hand,
He tries to swing it,
But all he hears is keystrokes
He tries to fight.
He wants to be a hero.
He wants to defend the defenseless.
But there’s no place for that here.
Here we sleep.
Here we ‘exist’.
Here we’re at ‘peace’.
Here we’re equal.
But equality is not what he wants.
He wants struggle.
He wants strife.
He wants meaning.
But meaning has been replaced with understanding
He doesn’t want to understand.
Maybe he should desire to understand.
But he desires love, life, freedom.
He wants to fight for life.
No holds barred
A fight for existence.
But there’s no place for that here.
