There's Only Room for One at the Top

Do you ever feel alone, even when you're surrounded by a crowd of people? Having plenty of family and friends who love and care for you, yet amidst all of the excitement, it just feels like you've lost all sense of connection and meaning in life? Do you ever find yourself crying for what seems like no reason at all? Just needing to let it all out, with the stress of life and just wanting to succeed and make something out of yourself, but not knowing where to even begin? Wanting to make a difference in the world and to just find someone with whom to share your life, who can completely understand you and love you for who you are and share your thoughts and dreams, share your weirdness and flaws, and just love you for who you are-- but no one seems right? Someone who you don't need to impress and through whom you may find yourself, yet to whom you're perfect. Do you ever feel like you've lost all sense of purpose and direction in life? Jaded. Dull. Emotionless. Vague. Tired. Done. Like you don't even know who you are anymore. A stranger. An outcast. A freak. Like you just don't fit in. Having everything you've always wanted, yet you're just not complete. Like something is missing, but you just don't know what. Not sure if there's something wrong with the world, or maybe... just maybe... it's you.
